www.etoro.comExporting Transactions from eToro
eToro provides an account statement in XLSX format containing the full transaction history. Note: the current eToro export format does not allow detection of open (unsold) positions — if you do not see anything in the Portfolio section, this is not an error but a limitation of the export.
Log in to your eToro account and go to the "Portfolio" section
Switch to the "History" view
Press the additional options button and select "Account Statement"
Set the widest possible date range and generate the statement
Download the file in .xls (.xlsx) format and upload it to the application
Prepare reports for all years back to when you started trading — the full history is necessary for correct FIFO settlement. Make sure dates in consecutive files do not overlap. We recommend exporting by individual calendar years.
The current eToro export does not support detection of open positions. The application operates in beta mode for eToro.
Common Issues and Solutions
The Excel file contains multiple sheets
The application recognizes the eToro format automatically. Import the entire file — the system will select the correct sheet on its own.
Copy Trading positions are not recognized
Copy Trading positions are treated as regular transactions. Each copied position appears as a separate trade.
Ready to import your file?
Log in to the calculator and import your transactions. The system will automatically recognize the eToro format.
