Common Issues and Solutions

I cannot select a date range longer than 1 year

Fidelity limits the export to 1 year at a time. Create separate reports for each year if you need FIFO history.

The report contains retirement account transactions (401k/IRA)

Retirement accounts (401k, IRA) have different tax rules. Export only transactions from the brokerage account.
