Exporting Transactions from Freedom24

Freedom24 allows downloading a broker report in XLS format. Import is currently in BETA phase — only XLS files are supported. Download the report from the web version of the Freedom24 interface.

Log in to Freedom24 in the web version and press the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top right corner

Select "Report"

Select "Broker Report", then "For the period"

Set the widest possible date range (all previous years) and press the green "✓" button

Download the report in "XLS" format

The full date range from account opening is required for correct FIFO tax calculation. The generated files can be reused for future settlements. If you encounter any issues, report them via the contact form in the application.

Freedom24 import is in BETA phase. Only XLS format files are supported.

Common Issues and Solutions

No export option in the mobile app

The export function is only available via browser. Log in at freedom24.com or freedomfinance.eu on a computer.

The file does not contain dividends

Verify that dividend payments are included in the report settings. They are usually in the same broker report, but filters may hide them.
