Log in to Getin Noble Bank online banking
Go to Inwestycje (Investments) > Historia transakcji (Transaction History)
Select the date range (entire tax year)
Click "Eksportuj do CSV" (Export to CSV) or "Pobierz raport" (Download Report)
Getin Noble Bank is a Polish broker - transactions on the GPW do not require PIT-ZG. PIT-38 is sufficient.
