Exporting Activity Statement from LYNX Broker

LYNX (Lynx B.V., Amsterdam) is a white-label of Interactive Brokers, so export is done in the Account Management portal. Activity Statement is the correct report for tax filing — it contains trades, dividends, withholding tax (WHT), fees, and deposits in a single CSV file. Do NOT use Flex Queries — they do not let you pick a calendar year, only "Last N days".

1

On a desktop browser, log in to LYNX Account Management (https://www.clientam.com/sso/Login?partnerID=lynxpl12a) or via www.lynxbroker.pl → Login → Account Management

2

Approve sign-in in the LYNX Key app (2FA)

3

Top menu → Performance & Reports, then Statements

4

In Default Statements, click the Activity row and press Run ▶

5

Set: Period = Annual, Date = the year (e.g., 2025), Format = CSV, click Run

6

Repeat for every year you bought or sold securities (e.g., 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) and import ALL files — the FIFO calculator needs the buy history

The default Activity Statement CSV already contains everything needed for PIT-38 (Trades, Dividends, Withholding Tax, Corporate Actions, Fees, Deposits & Withdrawals, Interest). LYNX/IBKR retains the last 7 years. Annual reports for the prior year are finalized by end of January.

Dividends and withholding tax in LYNX

Dividends and WHT are automatically included in the Activity Statement — no separate export needed.

1

Export the Activity Statement per the instructions above

2

The Dividends and Withholding Tax sections are recognized automatically

3

In PIT-38, dividends go to Section G; withholding tax (e.g., US 15% per treaty) is credited

4

The same file also feeds per-country PIT/ZG entries (US, Cayman, etc.)

Common Issues and Solutions

Flex Query does not allow picking a calendar year (only "Last N days")

Do not use Flex Queries for PIT-38. Instead: Performance & Reports → Statements → Default Statements → Activity → Run, with Period = Annual.

No separate "Transfers & Fees" section in the file

This is normal — the "Transaction Fees" column inside the Trades section is the per-trade commission and is counted automatically. "Transfers & Fees" is a different section (cash/position transfers) and is not needed for PIT-38.

Missing transactions from previous years

The system uses FIFO — export Activity Statement for EVERY year in which you bought securities. LYNX retains up to 7 years of history.
