Tax Settlement with mBank eMakler
mBank eMakler is a Polish brokerage house - transactions on the GPW do not require PIT-ZG. A standard PIT-38 is sufficient.
mBank issues a PIT-8C (capital income information) usually by the end of February. You can use it to verify the calculations from the calculator.
Dividends from Polish companies are subject to a flat 19% tax and you do not need to report them in PIT-38 - the payer (mBank) automatically withholds the tax.
If you trade foreign ETFs through eMakler, those transactions may require PIT-ZG. The calculator automatically identifies foreign instruments.
