Exporting Transactions from Tradit (IFH Capital Trader)
Tradit is a brand of IFH Capital Trader Ltd (Malta, MFSA licence GMCP). Xcite trading platform (web/Android). IMPORTANT: Tradit does NOT offer direct CSV download from the client portal — the "Dealing Logs" statement must be requested by email from customer service. Official procedure confirmed in the help article at support.mytradit.com/hc/en-us/articles/13653296657565.
Send an email to customer.service@mytradit.com requesting an account statement ("Dealing Logs") for the full tax year
In the message specify: your account number, full period (e.g. 01/01/{year} to 31/12/{year}), and CSV format
After customer service sends you the DealingLogs_*.csv file, save it locally
Optional: log in to Xcite and check the "Log" section to verify the transactions match the file
Upload the DealingLogs_*.csv file to our calculator (Tradit is auto-detected)
Tradit trades CFDs exclusively (on indices, commodities, and stocks). Under Polish tax law, CFDs are derivatives reportable in PIT-38 section C (art. 30b). The account is denominated in EUR — the calculator converts amounts using the NBP rate from the day before the income date (art. 11a ust. 1). Support typically replies within 1–3 business days.
Bonuses/commission rebates ("Bonus" rows in the report) may be treated as income from other sources (Polish PIT art. 20 ust. 1) — reportable on PIT-36/PIT-37, not PIT-38. The calculator surfaces them as IGNORED in diagnostics with a warning; if the total exceeds 200 PLN, consult a tax advisor.
Common Issues and Solutions
Support responded but I don't see a CSV file attached
Tradit may default to PDF format. In your request, explicitly ask for "Dealing Logs in CSV format for the full tax year {year}". If you still receive a PDF, politely reply asking for the CSV format.
Import fails with "File format not recognized"
Make sure you have the complete report starting from page 1 (with the "Account Currency: EUR" and "Statement of trading account" headers). Truncated statements containing only closed positions will not be recognized.
Account denominated in a currency other than EUR
We currently support Tradit accounts in EUR only. If your account uses USD or GBP, contact our support — we will add it after verifying the format against a sample file.
