The Referral Program is an optional feature of the Service. Each user decides whether to activate it and share a referral link.
Activating the program means accepting these Referral Program Terms and acknowledging the main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
- Only logged-in users who activate the program in their dashboard may participate.
- The operator may refuse activation or block participation in case of abuse, unlawful conduct, or a breach of service rules.
2. Activation
- After activation, the user receives a personal referral code and share link.
- The referral link may only be used to promote the Service in a lawful and fair manner.
- The program does not include operator-sent invitations on behalf of the user.
3. How referrals qualify
- A click or registration alone does not create a reward. Only paid referrals count toward milestones.
- After payment, a referral enters a 14-day qualification window. During that time it may be removed due to a refund, chargeback, or abuse review.
- Only after the qualification window ends does the referral become qualified and increase reward progress.
4. Rewards
- After 2 qualified referrals, the participant unlocks a 50% Professional reward.
- After 4 qualified referrals, the participant unlocks a 100% Professional reward.
- Rewards are discount codes, not cash payments or cash equivalents.
- Reward codes are single-use and cannot be stacked with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Reward validity
- A reward remains valid until April 30 of the next calendar year after it is unlocked.
- Unused rewards expire automatically after that date.
6. Abuse and program blocking
- Any attempt to artificially generate referrals or obtain improper benefits is prohibited.
- The operator may void a referral, reward, referral code, or the entire program participation if it detects a refund, chargeback, bot traffic, self-referral, or similar abuse.
- Blocking the referral program does not automatically change the user’s purchase history, but it stops further participation in the program.
