PIT-ZG step by step for Polish filing

Step-by-step guide to the Polish PIT-ZG attachment for foreign income: when it is required, how to break income down by country, and how to submit it together with PIT-38.

Steps

  1. 1

    Check if you need PIT-ZG

PIT-ZG is an attachment to PIT-38. You need it when you have foreign income (e.g., foreign broker, foreign dividends).

  2. 2

    Download the attachment

PIT-ZG is available on the Ministry of Finance website or in e-Deklaracje. Submitted together with PIT-38 by April 30.

  3. 3

Get the summary from the calculator

Import transactions from your broker. The calculator will generate a foreign income summary by country – ready for PIT-ZG.

  4. 4

    Fill in and submit

Copy amounts from the summary to PIT-ZG (items 6, 29, 30, etc. depending on income type). Attach PIT-ZG to PIT-38.

Calculator and PIT-ZG

Our calculator prepares a PIT-ZG summary by country. Import transactions from your foreign broker.
