Why does Tastytrade require PIT-38?
Tastytrade is a foreign broker, and all stock transactions in Poland require filing PIT-38. Additionally, as a foreign broker, it also requires the PIT-ZG attachment.
PIT-38 is an annual tax return for capital gains income. The capital gains tax rate is 19% (so-called Belka tax).

How to export data from Tastytrade?
To file PIT-38, you need to export the full transaction history from Tastytrade for the entire tax year.
